Start with 2 pounds diced ham. Winter likes to use a Virginia Brand ham for the best flavor. You want small cubes or pieces that make for great sandwich or wrap fillings.

Chop Vegetables

Dice 1/2 cup pickles, 1/2 cup celery, 1/4 cup onions, and 1/4 cup peppers - green, red or yellow. Add to the diced ham.

Add Secret Ingredients

Winter's secret ingredients are 2 teaspoons horseradish and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce which add a zesty tang. Also add in 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons mustard.

- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1-2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
